Features include nano smoothing technology, MANUAL GUIDE i programming, 3D simulation and compatibility with older Fanuc CNC systems for seamless operation and long-term support.
The EMCO S45 is suitable for a wide range of precision engineering applications, including general engineering, hydraulic systems, pneumatic components, medical engineering, fixing systems, and materials technology.
Typical workpieces include fan wheels manufactured from brass MS58 and bearing bolts with eccentric screws produced from steel 42 Cr Mo 4.
