Equipment
The Hyperturn 45 is equipped with two high-performance spindles, two 12-station tool turrets and driven tools on both turrets for advanced milling and drilling operations. A stable Y-axis is directly integrated into the machine construction to provide enhanced rigidity and machining flexibility. Automation options include EMCO bar loaders, swing loaders and gantry loading systems. The machine is available with Siemens or Fanuc control technology and optional EMCONNECT digital process assistant integration.

Finished Part Conveyor
The integrated parts conveyor system places finished components onto an accumulating belt with a usable storage area of 350 x 870 mm. Indexed belt movement prevents delicate or complex parts from colliding during unloading.

The integrated monitoring system evaluates axis drive motor loads to detect tool wear, breakage or missing tooling for improved process reliability and production safety.
Band Filter System with High-Pressure Coolant Pumps

Short-Bar Loader EMCO SL 1200
The EMCO SL 1200 short-bar loader automatically reloads pre-cut bars up to 1200 mm long. Its compact footprint and reduced loading strokes improve production efficiency and minimise non-productive time.
