THE AUTOMATIC ALL-IN-ONE SOLUTION

With the CORiTEC 350i processing system, a machine concept has been developed that meets all modern requirements for CAD / CAM processing. This means that all relevant blank materials can be processed without restrictions on a single machine system. The modern and optimised machine kinematics with the high angles of freedom of the 5 axes of over 30° allow milling and grinding in wet and dry machining in high quality. The optional zero point clamping system enables the CORiTEC 350i to easily change the blank holder at the push of a button. In addition, a wide variety of adapter systems can be used with the zero point clamping system, such as different PreFab abutment holders, glass ceramic holders or the C-Clamp holder.

PROFESSIONAL SOLUTION FOR THE HIGHEST DEMANDS

The high-resolution, dynamic servo motors with absolute measuring systems used in the CORiTEC 350i PRO series guarantee processing that is up to 20% faster with optimum precision. Another advantage of the PRO series is that this machine system is made up of a one-piece machine frame made of polymer concrete and thus guarantees the highest possible stability for vibration-free processing. The CORiTEC 350i Loader PRO with fully automated blank magazine also enables the versatile processing of up to 12 blanks in unmanned operation. Due to the precise repositioning of the zero point clamping system, different PreFab abutment holders can be used.

THE PLUS IN PERFORMANCE AND PRECISION

As already implemented in the CORiTEC 350i PRO, the CORiTEC 350i PRO ⁺ series was also equipped with high-resolution, dynamic servo motors and absolute measuring systems. In order to take full advantage of this advanced technology, the PRO ^{+ is} equipped with water cooling and a powerful 3-way hybrid ball-bearing 2.6 kW milling spindle. A solid stainless steel blank holder is used to achieve maximum stability and to reduce vibrations. The water cooling ensures a constant, constant temperature of the milling spindle, thermal expansion of the milling spindle is significantly minimised and enables even more precise milling results. The CORiTEC 350i Loader PRO ⁺ with fully automated blank magazine also enables the versatile processing of up to 12 blanks in unmanned operation.
