On a total area of around 1,200 m2 in the direct catchment area of Stuttgart airport, Emco found an optimally located environment to present a representative cross-section of its entire product range. Among other things, large machines such as the Umill 1500 universal machining center and the flexible Hyperturn 200 turn-mill center demonstrate their capabilities. In addition, a competence center for milling technology is being created here, which will support the worldwide locations in development and production in this area.

Stefan Hansch, CEO EMCO, is convinced that within a very short time Wendlingen will become a particularly popular contact point for customers, partners and those interested in mechanical engineering in the important region of Baden-Württemberg. Thanks to the good transport links to the motorway and airport, great potential is also expected for the nearby catchment areas of Switzerland, Poland, Austria and the Czech Republic/Slovakia.
